%X In this paper, we investigate the existence of normalized solutions to the coupling of the nonlinear Schrödinger-Maxwell equations. In the mass-subcritical case, we by weak lower semmicontinuity of norm prove that the equations satisfying normalization condition exist a normalized ground state solution.
