A method for the determination of chloramphenicol, florfenicol and pentachlorophenol in animal food was developed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry; under the condition of chromatography and mass spectrometry, the three targets were analyzed and quantified in the negative ion mode of MRM. Through the results and discussion, the three targets had good linearity and good correlation coefficient in their respective concentration range in different substrates, the average recoveries ranged from 64.0% to 105.8%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.96% to 7.10; the detection limit was 0.3~3 μg/kg, and the limit of quantification was 1 ~10 μg/kg. The method is simple, rapid and reliable. It is very suitable for rapid screening and quantitative determination of large quantities of samples. %K 氯霉素,氟甲砜霉素,五氯酚,液相色谱串联质谱,动物源食品,增强型脂质净化
