Marine microplastic pollution has unique attributes that distinguish it from traditional plastic pollution, making international legislation constructed on the basis of traditional plastic pollution subject to a certain degree of applicability dilemmas, such as the lack of systemic nature of current international legislation, the lack of operationalization in dealing with marine microplastic pollution, and the non-compliance of some contracting parties with international legislation. In the face of these dilemmas, it is necessary to enact separate legislation on the prevention and control of marine microplastic pollution, to strengthen the operability of international legislation on the prevention and control of marine microplastic pollution, and to ensure that States parties strictly comply with international legislation on the prevention and control of marine microplastic pollution, with a view to providing strong international law support for the response to marine microplastic pollution. %K 海洋微塑料污染,国际立法的体系性,国际立法的可操作性,缔约国的遵守度
