Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Development of University Student Associations—Taking Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences as an Example %A 王福川 %A 程子彪 %A 彭元虹 %A 张玥 %A 王楠 %A 古比阿花 %J Modern Management %P 1343-4353 %@ 2160-732X %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MM.2023.1310169 %X 在对国内外文献梳理的基础上,对高校社团概念、学生发展理论、组织发展理论、四分图模型等进行了分析。根据学者已有研究成果,结合四川文理学院具体情况,从整体架构、指导教师、管理团队、活动开展等四个维度进行指标体系构建,设计问卷并对四川文理学院大学生社团进行问卷调查,运用SPSS软件对数据信度与效度进行检验,绘制出四川文理学院大学生社团满意度四分图,剖析影响四川文理学院大学生社团满意度的优势因素、维持因素、机会因素和改进因素。根据结果分析,提出四川文理学院大学生社团发展策略:健全社团管理制度、开展高质社团活动、提升社团干部素质、加强社团宣传力度以及其他相关建议。
Based on a review of domestic and foreign literature, this paper analyzes the concept of college community, student development theory, organization development theory and quatergram model. According to the existing research results of scholars and the specific situation of Sichuan Institute of Arts and Science, construct an indicator system from four dimensions: overall architecture, guidance teachers, management team, and activity implementation, design a questionnaire and conduct a survey on the college student clubs of Sichuan Institute of Arts and Science. SPSS software is used to test the reliability and validity of the data. This paper draws a four-part chart of the satisfaction of college students’ associations in Sichuan Institute of Arts and Science, analyzing the advantageous factors, maintenance factors, opportunity factors, and improvement factors that affect the satisfaction of college student clubs at Sichuan Institute of Arts and Science. Based on the analysis results, proposed development strategies for college student associations at Sichuan Institute of Arts and Science: improving the management system of the associations, carrying out high-quality association activities, improving the quality of the cadres of the associations, strengthening the publicity of the associations and other relevant suggestions. %K 高校社团,管理,四分图,满意度
