A Comparative Study of Confucian and Taoist Social Governance Thoughts %A 王璐 %J Advances in Philosophy %P 2095-2099 %@ 2169-2602 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ACPP.2023.1210345 %X 中华文化博大精深,在中国治理思想中,儒家思想和道家思想都是重要组成部分,都有着丰富的思想内容和自成体系的社会治理主张。儒家社会治理表现在:在尊礼崇法中构建社会规范体系,将仁者爱人视为社会治理的民生保障基础,将教民化民作为基本路径,孝梯伦理是儒家社会治理的根本。道家社会治理表现在:以自然、宇宙、社会、万物有序、演化、无为为核心理念的一整套完整的华夏原生的世界观与人生观,“道法自然”的治理理念,“无为而治”的治理方略,“柔”与“不争”的治理原则,“文武并行”的治理方法。
The Chinese culture is broad and profound. In the Chinese governance ideology, Confucianism and Taoism are important components, both of which have rich ideological content and self-contained social governance propositions. Confucian social governance is manifested in: building a social norm system with respect to rites and laws, taking benevolence and love as the livelihood guarantee foundation of social governance, taking educating the people as the basic path, and filial piety and ladder ethics as the basis of Confucian social governance. Taoist social governance is manifested in: a complete set of Chinese original world outlook and outlook on life with the core concept of nature, universe, society, order, evolution and inaction of all things, the governance concept of “Tao follows nature”, the governance strategy of “inaction”, the governance principles of “softness” and “noncompetition”, and the governance method of “civil and military parallel”. %K 儒家,道家,社会治理,礼治,无为而治
