%X 随着网络技术的发展、消费异化的蔓延和娱乐情境的迭起，“我娱故我在”的“网络泛娱乐”生态已或隐或显。一些青年出现了自我偏差、思维受限、情感麻木、意志涣散、身心异化等心理问题，其实质是青年以过度娱乐的方式实现对焦虑、孤独、恐惧、存在感的自我防御。要达到青年心理的重建，应引导其建设性地接受焦虑，勇敢地面对孤独，在持静中自我觉知，理性接受生命本真，积极发展心理核心，在交会中迸发奋斗热情。<br />
With the development of network technology, the spread of consumption dissimilation and the rise of entertainment situation, the “network wide entertainment” ecology of “I am entertaining, so I am here” has been implicit or obvious. Some young people have some psychological problems, such as self deviation, limited thinking, emotional numbness, will laxity, physical and mental alienation. The essence of these problems is that young people realize their self-defense against anxiety, lone-liness, fear and sense of existence by means of excessive entertainment. In order to achieve the re-construction of young people’s psychology, we should guide them to accept anxiety constructively, face loneliness bravely, realize themselves in silence, accept life truth rationally, develop psycho-logical core actively, and burst out enthusiasm for struggle in the meeting.
