%X 社交焦虑是大学生在人际交往中常遇到的问题,其直接影响大学生的人际互动、心理健康与生活质量。本研究旨在积极心理学视角下探讨青年大学生社交焦虑的典型特征与形成原因,并提出干预策略帮助学生更好地应对人际交往中的挑战。通过对社交焦虑成因的深度剖析,结合积极心理学理论视角,本文提出创设积极情绪体验、培养积极人格特质、提高学生主动社交能力以及完善积极组织系统的干预策略,以此帮助大学生建立积极健康的社交关系。
Social anxiety is a common problem encountered by college students in interpersonal communica-tion, which directly affects their interpersonal interaction, mental health and quality of life. This study aims to explore the typical characteristics and causes of social anxiety among young college students from the perspective of positive psychology, and propose intervention strategies to help students better cope with the challenges in interpersonal communication. Based on the in-depth analysis of the causes of social anxiety and the perspective of positive psychology theory, this paper proposes intervention strategies to create positive emotional experience, cultivate positive person-ality traits, improve students’ active social skills and improve positive organizational system, so as to help college students establish positive and healthy social relationships.
