%X 乡村振兴背景下的生态旅游已成为当前的旅游热点。作为生态旅游经济生力军，乡村生态旅游既有利于保护乡村原有生态环境，也有利于新农村建设。当前我国高度重视乡村生态旅游，已出台一系列相关法律政策助力其发展。然而，在乡村生态旅游发展的过程中出现了资源浪费、环境污染等问题，为乡村生态旅游管理带来了法律困境。对此，我国应从立法体系、执法管理、监督机制、守法教育四方面出发，探索乡村生态旅游持续健康发展的新对策，从而更好发展生态旅游业，推进乡村振兴。<br />
In the context of rural revitalization, ecological tourism has become a current tourism hotspot. As a new force in the ecotourism economy, rural ecotourism is not only beneficial for environmental protection in rural areas, but also for the construction of new rural areas. Currently, China attaches great importance to rural ecotourism and has introduced a series of relevant laws and policies to assist its development. However, in the process of developing rural ecotourism, problems such as resource waste and environmental pollution have emerged, bringing legal difficulties to the management of rural ecotourism. In this regard, China should explore new strategies for the sustainable and healthy development of rural ecotourism from four aspects: Legislative system, law enforcement management, supervision mechanism, and law-abiding education, in order to better develop the ecotourism industry and promote rural revitalization.
