Effect of Rehabilitation Training and Nursing Based on Muscle Energy Technology on Lower Back Pain Symptoms and Quality of Life in Patients with Lumbar Facet Joint Disorder Syndrome %A 薛芬 %A 孙辉 %A 陈国强 %A 杨朴 %A 鲁娟娟 %A 常永乾 %A 姚良星 %J Nursing Science %P 845-851 %@ 2168-5614 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/NS.2023.125120 %X 目的:探讨腰椎小关节紊乱综合征患者基于肌肉能量技术(MET)的康复训练护理的干预效果。方法:将存在下腰痛症状且适宜手法治疗的腰椎小关节紊乱综合征患者60例,依据不同康复训练护理干预措施,分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组在常规治疗基础上进行常规康复训练护理,而观察组在对照组常规康复训练护理基础上,配合肌肉能量技术(MET)进行康复训练护理。治疗2周后,比较两组简式McGill疼痛问卷、中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数和中文版SF-36健康调查简表评分情况。结果:治疗后两组简式McGill疼痛问卷(PRI, VAS, PPI)评分均较治疗前降低(P < 0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P < 0.05);两组Oswestry功能障碍指数均较治疗前降低(P < 0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P < 0.05);两组SF-36健康调查简表(PF, RP, SF, BP, MH, RE, VT, GH)评分均较治疗前提升(P < 0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,基于肌肉能量技术(MET)的康复训练护理,能够明显缓解腰椎小关节紊乱综合征导致的下腰痛症状,改善运动能力,提高生活质量。
Objective: To observe the improvement effect of rehabilitation training and nursing based on muscle energy technology (MET) on lower back pain symptoms and quality of life in patients with lumbar facet joint disorder syndrome. Method: Sixty patients with lumbar facet joint disorder syndrome who have symptoms of lower back pain and are suitable for manual treatment were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different rehabilitation training nursing interventions, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training nursing on the basis of routine treatment, while the observation group received routine rehabilitation training nursing on the basis of routine rehabilitation training nursing combined with muscle energy technology (MET). After 2 weeks of treatment, compare the scores of two sets of simplified McGill pain questionnaire, Chinese version Oswestry dysfunction index, and Chinese version SF-36 health survey questionnaire. Result: After treatment, the scores of the simplified McGill pain questionnaire (PRI, VAS, PPI) in both groups decreased compared to before treatment (P < 0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05); the Oswestry dysfunction index in both groups decreased compared to before treatment (P < 0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05); the scores of the two groups of SF-36 health survey summary tables (PF, RP, SF, BP, MH, RE, VT, GH) were improved compared to before treatment (P < 0.05), and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of routine treatment, rehabilitation training nursing based on Muscle Energy Technology (MET) can significantly alleviate symptoms of lower back pain, improve motor ability, and improve quality of life in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorder syndrome. %K 腰椎小关节紊乱,下腰痛,肌肉能量技术MET,康复训练护理
