%X 教育大计,教师为本。“特级教师”是中国为了表彰特别优秀的中小学教师而特设的一种既具先进性、又有专业性的称号。特级教师是所处时代教学实践水平的引领者和代表者,他们独特的交往方式,实践特征和教学风格对教师专业发展方向具有重要启示和借鉴意义。本文通过分析特级教师交往特征,专业实践特征,教学风格特征,提出广大一线教师和教育工作者教师专业发展的重点任务,包括:秉持开心见诚,情理共契,和而不同的交往原则,重塑教师专业人格;筑牢职业理想,树立专业自主意识,改进教师专业素养要求;把握教学风格形成关键期,探寻自主教学风格。
The education career is teacher-based. “Special grade Teacher” is a kind of advanced and profes-sional title in order to commend especially excellent primary and secondary school teachers in China. Special grade teachers are the leaders and representatives of the teaching practice level of their times. Their unique communication mode, practice characteristics and teaching classification have important inspiration and reference significance for the professional development direction of teachers. By analyzing the communication characteristics, professional practice characteristics and teaching style characteristics of special grade teachers, this paper puts forward the key tasks for the professional development of front-line teachers and educators, including: uphold the principles of happiness and sincerity, common sense and harmony, and rebuild the professional personality of teachers; establish the professional ideal, establish the consciousness of professional autonomy, and improve the requirements of teachers’ professional quality; grasp the key period of teaching style and explore the independent teaching style.
