%X 青少年处于成长和探索的黄金时期,由于情感调节能力不够强大,心理问题在青少年群体中普遍存在。目前,传统的心理健康教育存在很大的弊端,如何有效开展青少年心理健康教育成为心理健康教育工作者的重要课题。根据国外以及我国港台地区应用教育戏剧于教育领域的成功实践来看,教育戏剧作为一种体验式的教育方法可以为青少年心理健康教育提供崭新的角度。鉴于此,本文首先引出了教育戏剧这一概念,在探讨以教育戏剧开展青少年心理健康教育必要性和可行性的基础上,强调了教育戏剧对于青少年心理健康教育的价值。
Adolescents are in a golden period of growth and exploration. Due to insufficient emotional regulation abilities, psychological issues are prevalent among the adolescent population. Currently, traditional approaches to youth mental health education exhibit significant shortcomings, making the effective implementation of adolescent mental health education a paramount concern for mental health educators. Drawing upon successful practices of utilizing educational drama in the field of education, both internationally and in China regions like Hong Kong and Taiwan, this article underscores the potential of educational drama as an experiential educational method that offers innovative perspectives for youth mental health education. In light of this, the paper begins by introducing the concept of educational drama and, based on an exploration of the necessity and feasibility of employing educational drama for adolescent mental health education, emphasizes its inherent value in this context.
