%X 鲍德里亚认为，电子传播媒介是高度发达工业社会的本质而非现象，随着电子传播媒介的出现和日益普及，当代社会已经与人类使用简单工具和大机器生产时代的社会类型完全不同。电子传播媒介制造出来的庞大符码体系，已经脱离了人的掌控，成为独立自治并且以一种不知不觉的方式“吞噬”人的力量。要弄清当代社会和人被操控的真相，必须以电子传播媒介本身而不是媒介所传播的内容、媒介背后的操纵者为批判对象。<br />
Baudrillard argued that electronic media are the essence of highly developed industrial society rather than a phenomenon. With the emergence and increasing popularity of electronic media, contemporary society has been completely different from the social type in the era of human production with simple tools and big machines. The vast code system produced by the electronic media has been removed from human control, become independent and autonomous, and in an unconscious way “devouring” human power. In order to understand the truth of contemporary society and individuals being manipulated, it is necessary to criticize the electronic media itself rather than the content of the media and the manipulators behind the media.
