In this paper, the national standard method (GB/T 5750.8-2023) and the environmental standard method (HJ 478-2009) for the determination of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water by high-performance liquid chromatography were compared and analyzed in the scope of application, sample collection, sample pretreatment, chromatographic conditions, detection limit, precision and accuracy. The actual samples were collected for test comparison, the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were discussed, and some suggestions were put forward in the application process, providing reference for testing laboratories in selecting methods and analyzing processes. %K 高效液相色谱,多环芳烃,方法比对
