<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">In junior high school English listening and speaking class, how to improve students’ listening and speaking ability is the main point about English teaching. From the perspective of Constructivism Theory, this paper analyzes the current situation of traditional junior high school English listening and speaking teaching, and presents specific listening and speaking teaching processes from the design of Lead-in, relying on unit themes, and designing interesting listening and speaking teaching ways, aiming to improve the quality of listening and speaking teaching and students’ English listening and speaking ability with innovative teaching forms.</span>
