Hope plays an important role in the treatment and rehabilitation of stroke patients. By reviewing literatures related to hope in stroke, this article reviews the connotation, theory, measurement tools, research status, influencing factors and intervention strategies of hope, in order to provide direction for psychological intervention of stroke patients.
