%X 非洲马瘟是由非洲马瘟病毒引起的具有急性或亚急性的虫媒传染病,死亡率高达95%,有明显的季节性和地域性。目前对于患病马匹无有效治疗措施,发生可疑病例时,必须进行检测、扑杀和隔离,才能阻断病毒的传播,因此亟需建立简便、快速、有效的检测方法。通过介绍当前使用的非洲马瘟病毒的检测方法,归纳出各种方法的优缺点,并对非洲马瘟病毒检测技术的发展方向进行阐述。
African horse sickness is a kind of f infectious disease caused by African horse sickness virus. It is acute or subacute insect-borne infectious diseases, fatality rate is as high as 95%, and it is obviously seasonal and regional. At present, there is no specific treatment for infected horses. Test, culling and isolation are necessary when disease outbreak. Therefore, there is also a need to establish nucleic acid detection methods which are simple, fast and efficient. This paper introduces several methods of detecting African horse sickness virus which are widely spread, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods. It also illustrates the development direction of the detection technology of African horse sickness virus.
