%X 为应对全球气候变暖对人类社会造成的威胁,中国提出了“双碳”目标,教育部也于2022年提出低碳校园建设方案。本研究通过访谈法和问卷法对在校大学生的碳足迹认知及减排意愿展开调查,结果显示,虽然大学生具有较高的低碳意识,但现有的校园绿色环保机制并未充分有效地将低碳环保意识转化为行动。因此本研究以马斯洛需求层次理论为框架,计划行为理论为实施路径,设计了一款低碳校园APP——心青原,通过开展高校交流活动和线下低碳活动,能够有效地整合、共享、利用高校资源,帮助大学生将低碳意识外化为实际行动,从而促进大学校园节能减排。
In response to the threat posed by global climate warming to human society, China has proposed a “double carbon” goal, and the Ministry of Education has also proposed a low-carbon campus con-struction plan in 2022. This study investigated the carbon footprint awareness and emission re-duction willingness of college students through interviews and questionnaires. The results show that although college students have a high awareness of low-carbon, the existing campus green environmental protection mechanism has not been fully and effectively implemented. Transform low-carbon environmental awareness into action. Therefore, this research uses Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory as the framework and the theory of planned behavior as the implementation path, and designs a low-carbon campus App—Xinqingyuan. The APP shares and uses university resources to help college students externalize low-carbon awareness in to practical actions, thereby promotingenergyconservationandemissionreductiononuniversitycampuses.
