%X 针对学校图书馆公共区域座位稀缺、使用效率低下的问题，本文遵循服务设计理念，设计了图书馆公共休息区域的座位共享服务系统。通过对图书馆公共区域座位使用情况的调研分析，发现存在占座时间过长和座位长时间空置的问题。为实现座位的合理共享，设计了包括APP小程序预约和线下租赁柜扫码取座的共享模式，实现座位的弹性使用。系统设置使用时间限制和信用积分奖惩机制，并吸引商家进行运营，整体提升了座位使用效率。新设计打破了公共座位的固定使用模式，实现了从占有使用向共享使用的转变，既解决了高峰期座位不足，也避免了非高峰期座位浪费，为广大读者营造了舒适的公共学习环境，提升了学校图书馆的公共服务水平。<br />
Aiming at the problems of scarce seats and low efficiency in the public area of the school library, this paper follows the concept of Service design and designs a seat sharing service system based on mobile Internet. Through research and analysis of the usage of seats in public areas of libraries, it was found that there are problems with long occupancy times and prolonged vacancy of seats. In order to achieve reasonable seat sharing, a sharing mode has been designed that includes APP mini program reservation and offline rental cabinet scanning code to retrieve seats, achieving elastic seat usage. The system sets usage time limits and credit point reward and punishment mechanisms, and attracts merchants to operate, overall improving seat usage efficiency. The new design breaks the fixed usage mode of public seats and realizes the transformation from occupied use to shared use. It not only solves the shortage of seats during peak hours, but also avoids the waste of seats during non peak hours, creating a comfortable public learning environment for readers and improving the public service level of the school library.
