%X 乡村振兴战略的推进，大大加快了我国农村建设和发展的进程，作为典型的民族聚居传统村落，G村目前已有了较为完整和完善的公共服务设施设备，政府也一直在大力扶持当地文化创新和创业工作。但是由于各种原因，G村目前仍有如劳动力外流、产业发展不足、公共养老服务缺失以及老年群体自身养老意识不足等诸多因素，造成了当地养老发展不足的问题。为此，村委、社区、家庭等养老供给方应共同发力，大力发展当地产业，提供就近就业机会，增加老年群体收入；加强对于鼓励返乡人群的各种政策措施的宣传和推进，从而吸引劳动力回流，解决留守老人和留守儿童问题；加强宣传和积极组织各项活动，发展旅游业，在稳固乡村振兴成果的同时，也可以为当地养老服务的发展提供支撑。此外，G村通过建设文明乡风，发扬孝道文化，从而营造优秀养老环境的做法，在解决我国当前农村养老难的问题上，也具有一定的借鉴意义。<br />
The promotion of rural revitalization strategy has greatly accelerated the process of rural construction and development in China. As a typical traditional village inhabited by ethnic groups, G village now has relatively complete and perfect public service facilities and equipment, and the government has been vigorously supporting local cultural innovation and entrepreneurship. However, due to various reasons, there are still many factors in G village, such as labor outflow, lack of industrial development, lack of public pension services and lack of awareness of the elderly themselves, which cause the problem of insufficient development of local pension. To this end, village committees, communities, families and other elderly care providers should make joint efforts to develop local industries, provide employment opportunities nearby, and increase the income of elderly groups. Strengthen the publicity and promotion of various policies and measures to encourage the return of people, so as to attract the return of labor force and solve the problem of left-behind elderly people and children; strengthening publicity and actively organizing various activities to develop tourism can stabilize the achievements of rural revitalization, and provide support for the development of local elderly care services. In addition, G village through the construction of civilized village style, carries forward the culture of filial piety, so as to create an excellent environment for the elderly, in solving the problem of the current rural elderly, which also has a certain reference significance.
