%X 多学科交叉融合对高校大学生心理健康教育课程教学模式建设起着重要的作用,不同学科领域的知识相互补充和支持,为心理健康教育课程教学设计提供丰富的理论支撑。增强大学生心理健康教育的针对性和亲和力既是做好高校学生工作的理论指导,也是做好高校大学生心理健康教育的一种有效实践方法。在理论层面上,要始终坚持“自下而上”与“自上而下”的双层次教育理念,从而准确把握针对性与亲和力的关系,谋求二者的有机统一;在实践层面上,要系统推进“倾听、融合、灌输”的三维教育路径,从而有力提升针对性与亲和力的实效,实现二者的创新发展。
The interdisciplinary integration plays an important role in the construction of teaching models for mental health education courses for college students. Knowledge from different disciplines complements and supports each other, providing rich theoretical support for the teaching design of mental health education courses. Enhancing the pertinence and affinity of mental health education for college students is not only a theoretical guidance for doing well in college student work, but also an effective practical method for doing well in mental health education for college students. At the theoretical level, we must always adhere to the dual level education concept of “bottom-up” and “top-down”, in order to accurately grasp the relationship between pertinence and affinity, and seek the organic unity of the two; at the practical level, it is necessary to systematically promote the three-dimensional education path of “listening, integration, and indoctrination”, in order to effectively enhance the effectiveness and affinity of college students’ mental health education courses, and achieve innovative development of the two.
