Integrated Design of Outdoor Folding Chairs Using LDA Topic Model and Kano Model %A 徐腾飞 %A 李鑫 %J Design %P 1931-1941 %@ ****-**** %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/Design.2023.83233 %X 随着国内露营热的兴起,户外座椅需求逐渐增长。然而,国内厂商对用户需求把握不足,导致产品价格高昂、结构复杂、外观丑陋等问题。本研究采用LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)模型对电商网站上户外座椅评论进行主题及产品特征挖掘,有效识别用户需求要素。在此基础上,设计问卷再结合Kano模型调查用户需求,结合用户满意指数分析各项需求对用户满意度影响,确定用户需求重要度和优先级顺序。同时,结合上述需求特点进行设计输出,最终得到最佳设计成果。本研究将15个用户需求分类,并将相关需求转化为功能拆解,以指导后续设计工作,最终形成产品输出。
With the rising popularity of camping in China, the demand for outdoor chairs has been steadily increasing. However, domestic manufacturers lack a comprehensive understanding of user needs, resulting in issues such as high product prices, complex structures, and unattractive ap-pearances. This study employs the LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) model to extract themes and product features from online reviews of outdoor chairs on e-commerce websites, effectively identifying essential user requirements. Building upon this foundation, a questionnaire is designed in conjunction with the Kano model to investigate user needs. By combining this investi-gation with user satisfaction indices, the impact of various requirements on user satisfaction is analyzed, allowing for the determination of the significance and prioritization of user demands. Simultaneously, these identified demand characteristics are incorporated into the design output process, ultimately yielding optimal design outcomes.
