%X 随着智能手机功能的逐步完善和发展,加上大学生自我意识突出、社交需求强烈、心理承受能力弱、情绪不稳定的心理特点,《中国青年网络行为健康报告》(2021年)显示,在全国45个城市的53,000名大学生中,有56.7%的受访者存在不同程度的手机成瘾问题,这不仅对大学生群体的身心健康造成影响,也严重影响到他们的学习和生活。因此,减少大学生手机依赖已经成为亟待解决的问题。正念作为一种心理干预方法,已经在许多领域得到了广泛应用,其优势在于能够帮助个体更好地认知和管理内在体验,从而增强情绪调节和自我控制能力,有望成为一种有效的干预手段来减少大学生手机成瘾的问题。
With the gradual improvement and development of smartphone functionality, coupled with the prominent self-awareness, strong social needs, weak psychological resilience, and emotional insta-bility of college students, the issue of smartphone addiction has drawn increasing attention. Ac-cording to the “China Youth Internet Behavior Health Report” (2021), among 53,000 college stu-dents from 45 cities nationwide, 56.7% of the respondents reported varying degrees of smartphone addiction, which not only affects their physical and mental health but also seriously impacts their learning and daily life . Therefore, reducing smartphone dependency in college students has be-come an urgent problem that needs to be addressed. Mindfulness, as a psychological intervention method, has been widely applied in various fields. Its advantage lies in helping individuals better recognize and manage their internal experiences, thereby enhancing emotional regulation and self-control abilities. It holds promise as an effective intervention to reduce smartphone addiction among college students.
