%X 心肺能力和执行功能是影响青少年成长发育的重要内容,11~12岁是身体、心理、情感发展的敏感时期,是从幼儿开始过渡到成人的关键时期,同时也是大脑功能执行功能和心肺能力发展的转折期。有研究表明开放式运动对于执行功能和心肺适能有较好的促进效果。基于此本研究选取来自池州市某小学60名学生,在实验干预前,根据运动技能水平、运动技能学习兴趣水平不同将60名学生进行开放式运动干预,在运动干预前与干预完成后对2组青少年进行执行功能测量,实验结果表明:(1) 运动干预后的执行功能测量成绩均显著提高(P < 0.05)。(2) 开放式运动相较于封闭式运动更利于儿童执行功能的提高(P < 0.01)。(3) 封闭式运动组与对照组相比的执行功能干预后测试成绩较干预前有一定提高,但不显著。因此,在教育教学训练中可以通过组织开放式运动形式的体育活动来锻炼提高学生的认知功能。
Cardiopulmonary ability and executive function are important contents that affect the growth and development of adolescents. 11~12 years old is a sensitive period of physical, psychological and emotional development, a critical period of transition from young children to adults, and a transi-tional period of executive function of brain function and cardiopulmonary ability development. Studies have shown that open exercise has a better effect on executive function and cardiorespira-tory fitness. Based on this, this study selected 60 students from a primary school in Chizhou City. Be-fore the experimental intervention, 60 students were subjected to open exercise intervention ac-cording to their different levels of motor skills and interest in learning motor skills. Executive func-tion measurements were carried out on the two groups of teenagers before and after the exercise intervention. (1) The executive function measurement scores were significantly improved after ex-ercise intervention (P < 0.05). (2) Open exercise was more beneficial to the improvement of chil-dren’s executive function than closed exercise (P < 0.01). (3) Compared with the control group, the test scores of executive function in the closed exercise group after intervention were improved to some extent, but not significantly. Therefore, students' cognitive function can be improved by or-ganizing sports activities in the form of open movement in education and teaching training.
