%X 随着社会的不断发展和知识经济的兴起,高等教育越来越受到重视,博士教育也成为了培养高层次人才的主要途径。博士身份作为高等教育体系中的最高学位,对于个人来说具有很高的荣誉和社会地位,然而在当前内卷时代,博士生遇到了更多的就业竞争和职业发展的挑战。转变为合格青年教师是一条广受重视的职业道路,同时也是从学生转变成为一名师者的开端,承担的是教书育人的重要责任。内卷时代是当代社会存在的一个普遍现象,尤其是在后疫情时代,涉及到各个领域,包括教育教学。本文旨在探讨在内卷时代下,如何通过有效的教育教学培养,快速过渡为合格青年教师。
With the continuous development of society and the rise of knowledge economy, higher education is getting more and more attention, and doctoral education has become the main way to cultivate high-level talents. As the highest degree in the higher education system, doctoral status has a high honor and social status for individuals; however, in the current era of inscrolls, doctoral students have encountered more challenges in employment competition and career development. Transforming into a qualified young teacher is a widely valued career path, and it is also the beginning of the transformation from a student to a teacher, who has the important responsibility of teaching and educating people. The era of inscrolls is a common phenomenon existing in contemporary society, especially in the post-epidemic era, which involves various fields, including education and teaching. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to make a rapid transition to qualified young teachers through effective educational and pedagogical training in the era of inscrolls.
