Stilbenes exist widely in nature and have rich pharmacological activities. However, their bioavailability is low and it is difficult to obtain a large number of them from nature, so they need to be synthesized by chemical means. Stilbene derivatives with different activities can be obtained by modifying aryl groups and double bonds on stilbene skeleton.
