%X 随着网络时代的到来，大数据的不断发展，个人信息的外延不断扩大，个人信息不断泄露，与个人信息有关的犯罪行为不断滋生，对社会造成严重的损害结果。现行法律虽然对于个人信息的保护有一定的规定，但存在一定滞后性，且保护的内容比较分散、保护的力度不够、各项法律法规的规定之间存在不协调、不统一等问题。加强个人信息保护成为共识，对目前我国公民个人信息的法律保护进行了归纳，对如何加强个人信息的刑事法律保护进行了探讨。<br />
With the advent of the Internet era, the continuous development of big data, the extension of personal information continues to expand, personal information continues to leak, and criminal acts related to personal information continue to breed, causing serious damage to society. Although the current laws have certain provisions for the protection of personal information, there is a certain lag, and the protection content is relatively scattered, the degree of protection is insufficient, and there are problems such as inconsistency between the provisions of various laws and regulations. Strengthening the protection of personal information has become a consensus, and it is necessary to summarize the current legal protection of personal information for Chinese citizens, and explore how to strengthen the criminal legal protection of personal information.
