%X 互联网时代的蓬勃发展给公民表达观点提供了便捷的途径，公民的观点形成网络舆论。作为维护社会公平正义的关键一环，司法审判逐渐受到网民的关注，网络舆论对司法审判产生了积极影响，与此同时，也产生了一些消极影响。从三个方面深入探究消极影响的产生原因，并针对这些原因，采取相应的正向引导措施，减少消极影响，最终实现二者的良性互动。<br />
The vigorous development of the Internet Age provides a convenient way for citizens to express their views, which form online public opinion. As a crucial part of maintaining social fairness and justice, judicial trials have gradually attracted the attention of netizens. Online public opinion has had a positive impact on judicial trials, but at the same time, it has also had some negative impacts. We deeply explore the causes of negative impacts from three aspects, and take corresponding posi-tive guidance measures to reduce negative impacts, ultimately achieving a positive interaction between the two.
