Research Progress of Ultrasound Shear Wave Viscoelastic Imaging in Focal Lesions of the Liver %A 孙川 %A 何雪倩 %A 张曼 %A 张树华 %J Advances in Clinical Medicine %P 14377-14382 %@ 2161-8720 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ACM.2023.1392011 %X 鉴别肝脏局灶性病变(FLL)的良恶性一直是临床关注的重点,虽然肝活检对其有极高的准确性,但它是侵入性检查,有一定的危险性,因此很大程度上限制了在临床中的广泛应用。传统超声作为肝脏的一线检查方法,有着其他检查不可比拟的优势,但面对同病异征,同征异病的FLL,传统超声对其定性诊断面临着巨大挑战。超声剪切波黏弹性成像技术的出现,为超声检查评定组织性质提供了新的参考方向,在评估肝纤维化方面已经取得了令人满意的效果,对鉴别FLL的良恶性方面也表现出一定的潜力,本文就剪切波黏弹性成像在FLL中的研究进展及相关问题展开论述。
Identifying benign and malignant liver focal lesions (FLL) has always been the focus of clinical at-tention, although liver biopsy has extremely high accuracy for it, it is an invasive test and has cer-tain risks, so it greatly limits its wide application in clinical practice. As a first-line examination method for the liver, traditional ultrasound has incomparable advantages in other examinations, but in the face of FLL with the same symptoms and different diseases, traditional ultrasound faces great challenges in its qualitative diagnosis. The emergence of ultrasonic shear wave viscoelastic imaging technology provides a new reference direction for ultrasonography to evaluate tissue properties, and has achieved satisfactory results in the evaluation of liver fibrosis, and also shows certain potential for the identification of benign and malignant aspects of FLL.
