%X 子宫颈癌是严重威胁全球女性健康的恶性肿瘤之一，人乳头瘤病毒(Human Papilloma Virus, HPV)是宫颈致癌过程中的主要病因。HPV持续感染宿主细胞，将病毒整合到宿主基因组，是诱发正常宫颈从癌前病变发展至宫颈癌的关键因素。本文将对人乳头瘤病毒的特征及其对子宫颈病变的影响进行综述。<br />
Cervical cancer is one of the malignant tumors that seriously threaten women’s health worldwide, and Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) is a major etiological factor in the process of cervical carcinogen-esis. The persistent infection of host cells by HPV and the integration of the virus into the host ge-nome are key factors in inducing the progression of the normal cervix from pre-cancerous lesions to cervical cancer. In this paper, we will review the characterization of HPV and its effect on cervical le-sions.
