%X 胃镜因其诊断准确率高，且少有严重并发症的报道，还具有操作简单、创伤小、恢复快，可以进行活检及治疗等优点而被广泛应用于临床。随着经济和技术的发展，可将其大规模应用于儿童。但儿童胃镜与成人相比，掌握胃镜检查的适应症，做好胃镜检查的准备工作、术中操作方法、术后注意事项等至关重要，在这篇综述中，我将总结现有的研究，综合近年来有关胃镜在儿童上消化道疾病中的应用及相关研究来进行讨论。<br />
Gastroscopy is widely used in clinical practice due to its high diagnostic accuracy, few reports of se-rious complications, simple operation, minimal trauma, fast recovery, and the ability to perform biopsy and treatment. With the development of economy and technology, it can be widely applied to children. However, compared to adults, it is crucial to master the indications for gastroscopy in children, prepare for gastroscopy, intraoperative procedures, and postoperative precautions. In this review, I will summarize existing research and discuss the application and related research of gas-troscopy in upper gastrointestinal diseases in children in recent years.
