%X 燥证是以干燥不适为主要表现的中医证候，与现代医学中的功能性便秘、干燥综合征等常见病密切相关。针灸作为一种传统的中医治疗方法，可通过辨证选穴对燥证进行治疗从而改善临床症状。本文就燥证相关古籍及近五年来的针灸临床研究进行综述，阐述燥证的病因病机、阴阳属性、分类、治则及相关性疾病，总结与燥证关系最为密切的两种疾病，即功能性便秘与干燥综合征的针灸治疗临床进展，以期为针灸治疗燥证提供新思路。<br />
Dryness is a TCM symptom with dryness and discomfort as the main manifestation, which is closely related to common diseases such as functional constipation and Sjogren’s syndrome in modern medicine. As a traditional TCM treatment, acupuncture can improve clinical symptoms by treating dry symptoms through acupoint selection. This article reviews the ancient books related to dry ev-idence and the clinical research of acupuncture in the past five years, expounds the etiology, path-ogenesis, yin and yang properties, classification, treatment and related diseases of dry evidence, summarizes the clinical progress of acupuncture treatment of the two diseases most closely related to dry evidence, namely functional constipation and Sjogren’s syndrome, and discusses the rela-tionship between dry evidence and northwest dry evidence, in order to provide new ideas for acu-puncture treatment of dry evidence.
