%X <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">卢梭通过《爱弥儿》一书表达了自然教育、知识教育的改革思想，他倡导知识教育的实用性、兴趣性、自然性和自由性。同时，他提出传授知识并非是教育教学的核心，教育应回归本质，将个体的自由全面发展当作根本目标。因此，在进行知识教育时，应当关注儿童的道德品质和身体的健康成长。卢梭在改革知识教育的内容和方法中所提出的见解，对于当今的教育改革仍有重要的启示与借鉴意义。</span><br />
<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Rousseau expressed his ideas on reforming natural and knowledge education through the book “Emile.” He advocated the practicality, interest, naturalness, and freedom of knowledge education. At the same time, he proposed that imparting knowledge is not the core of education; instead, education should return to its essence, taking the comprehensive development of individual freedom as the fundamental goal. Therefore, in the process of knowledge education, attention should be paid to children’s moral qualities and physical growth. Rousseau’s insights into reforming the content and methods of knowledge education still hold significant implications and inspirations for today’s educational reforms.</span>
