<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Effective teaching is the core pursuit of curriculum reform, and the effectiveness of teaching depends on effective instructional design. With the deep implementation of curriculum reform, technological development, and the proposal of core competencies, the connotation and ideas of effective teaching have undergone changes. The new concept of effective teaching reminds us that instructional design should focus on educating students, pay attention to effective learning, demon-strate teaching efficiency, and grasp the dynamism of teaching.</span>
