%X 目前，临床上对于缺血缺氧性损伤还缺乏理想的治疗手段。高氧富氢液(HHOS)能在病理条件下通过不同途径保护脑、肺、肝等重要器官的功能，提示其可能成为器官功能保护的一个新的手段。本文就HHOS的制备、器官保护作用及机理和存在的问题等进行了综述。<br />
At present, there is still a lack of ideal treatment for hypoxic-ischemic injury in clinical practice. Hyperoxic hydrogen-rich solution (HHOS) can protect the functions of brain, lung, liver and other important organs under pathological conditions through different ways, suggesting that it may be-come a new means of organ function protection. In this review, the preparation, organ protective effects, mechanism and existing problems of HHOS were summarized.
