%X 随着教师教育地位的提高,个人、家庭和社会对教师提出了更高的要求。然而,目前社会和教师对教育工作的理解存在差异,导致教育者陷入舆论漩涡,教师工作难度日益加大。围绕教师教育工作的展开,衍生出了师生、师家、自我等互相纠葛的矛盾,教学活动中出现教师缺乏教学自信和有效教学手段的现象。核心价值观在教师定位、责任界定及社会意识整合中具有纽带作用,将核心价值观融入教育中,可以摆脱舆论束缚,解放教师天性,突破教育困境。这一决策可以从法理角度重塑教师的引领地位,积极发挥教师能动性,将时代发展需求渗透于教学的各个环节,实现教育责任和情怀的辩证统一。
With the improvement of teachers’ educational status, individuals, families and society put forward higher requirements for teachers. However, due to the differences in the understanding of educa-tion between society and teachers, educators are caught in the whirlpool of public opinion. Teachers’ work is becoming more and more difficult. Around the development of teacher education work, the contradiction of mutual entanglement between teachers and students, teachers and family, teachers and themselves has been derived, and the phenomenon of teachers’ lack of teaching self-confidence and effective teaching methods has appeared in teaching activities. Core values play an important role in teachers’ orientation, responsibility definition and social consciousness inte-gration. Integrating core values into education can get rid of the shackles of public opinion, liberate teachers’ nature and break through the dilemma of education. This decision can reshape the leading position of teachers from the legal point of view, actively exert teachers’ initiative, penetrate the needs of the times into all aspects of teaching, and realize the dialectical unity of educational responsibility and feelings.
