Research on Design Strategy of Guided Vision in Hospital for Aging Patients %A 谢小漫 %A 周杨静 %J Design %P 1222-1232 %@ ****-**** %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/Design.2023.83148 %X 目的:针对国内人口老龄化,探索老年人产生的独立就医困难现象的原因,找出国内医疗导视系统存在的漏洞,提出具有参考价值的医院导视设计改善策略。方法:系统分析医院导视系统设计的组成部分以确认其功能性,结合国内江苏省会南京的医院导视系统现状与国外导视设计案例,模拟医院导视系统面对老年人所适合的情境,总结老年人就医面临的心理及生理需求,对医院导视设计的适老化改善提出建设性意见。结论:医院导视设计不应只服务于多数人,更应服务于少数人。提高导视系统设计的效率,在功能性的基础上与时代主题相结合,加强设计的完整性、舒适性、易辩性与安全性,设计具有艺术性、创造性,具有人情味的医院导视系统,将极大改善国内老年人就医困难现象,增加老年人就医的幸福感。
Objective: To explore the causes of the difficulty of independent medical care for the elderly in China, to find out the loopholes in the domestic medical population ageing system, and to propose some useful strategies for improving the design of hospital vision guidance. Methods: The components of the design of hospital guided vision system were systematically analyzed to confirm its functionality, and the current situation of the hospital guided vision system in Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu Province, and the cases of foreign guided vision design were combined. This paper simulates the situation that the hospital guidance system is suitable for the elderly, summarizes the psychological and physiological needs of the elderly, and puts forward some constructive suggestions for the aging improvement of the hospital guidance design. Conclusion: Hospital Vision Guidance Design should not only serve the majority, but also serve the minority. We should improve the efficiency of the design of the guide system, combine with the theme of the times on the basis of the function, strengthen the integrity, comfort, argumentation and security of the design. The design is artistic and creative. The humanistic vision guidance system in hospital will greatly improve the medical difficulties of the elderly in China and increase their happiness in seeking medical treatment. %K 老龄化,医院导视,适老化改造
