%X 高校是培养体育产业多元化创新人才的摇篮，紧靠我国培养体育产业人才的时代背景，以体育产业发展需求的人才类型为基础。从政策、培养模式、专业设置、师资力量、校企合作等各个层面剖析高校培养体育产业多元化创新人才存在的问题。深入挖掘问题产生的原因，有效建立畅通的政策统筹衔接机制；优化师资力量配置，跨学科协同育人；健全人才培养体系、校企合作方式多样化；利用现代化网络媒体，促进体育产业多元化创新人才队伍建设。为挖掘体育产业潜在市场，体育产业由“被动推动”向“自我变革”的转变提供助力。<br />
Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating diversified and innovative talents in the sports industry.
