Analysis of Business English Professional Employment Dilemma and Coping Strategies from the Perspective of Constructivism Learning %A 夏禹婷 %J Advances in Education %P 6545-6550 %@ 2160-7303 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AE.2023.1391019 %X 当下,英语已经成为一种工具,越来越多的人能够自如地应用,随着非英语专业学生的英语水平不断提高,英语专业学生面临着许多强劲对手,商务英语专业就业面临着巨大挑战。本文基于这一严峻的就业趋势,结合建构主义学习理论,重点分析出教师可以转换教学模式为因材施教,注重启发式教学、搭建以学生为主导的教学体系以及本专业学生可以从主动构建知识、持续学习和树立内省意识三个方面的应对策略。
Now, English has become a tool, more and more people can apply it freely, the continuous improvement of English language level of non-English majors makes English majors face many strong opponents, business English majors are facing great challenges. Based on this severe employment trend, combined with constructivism learning theory, this paper focuses on the analysis that teachers can change the teaching mode to teach according to aptitude, focus on heuristic teaching, build a student-led teaching system, and cope strategies that students in this major can actively construct knowledge, continuous learning and self-examination. %K 建构主义学习理论,商务英语专业,应对策略
