%X 2021年，“建设儿童友好城市”正式写入国家“十四五”规划纲要，成为城市建设关注的热点。本文立足于儿童友好城市建设的背景，通过实地走访与问卷调研，从儿童友好文化政策、儿童公共文化服务、儿童文化权利保障、儿童成长文化空间、儿童发展文化环境、儿童文化产业发展这六个方面，采用SWOT分析其城市文化软环境的现状。进而将岭南文化的四大核心维度——功夫文化、理学文化、工匠文化、龙狮文化与儿童友好文化建设相结合，始终贯穿于儿童的文化教育与成长环境之中。在此基础上，提出佛山市从儿童友好理念、政策、人才、技术、行动方面采取“嵌入式”推进的路径，最终形成全域系统推进的格局。<br />
In 2021, “Building a Child-Friendly City” was officially written into the national “14th Five-Year Plan” and became a hot spot for urban construction. In this paper, based on the background of the construction of child-friendly cities, through field visits and questionnaire surveys, SWOT was used to analyze the current situation of its urban cultural soft environment from six aspects: child-friendly cultural policies, children’s public cultural services, children’s cultural rights protection, children’s growth cultural space, children’s development cultural environment, and children’s cultural industry development. Furthermore, the four core dimensions of Lingnan culture—kung fu culture, science culture, craftsman culture, dragon and lion culture, and child-friendly culture construction are combined, and it has always run through children’s cultural education and growth environment. On this basis, it is proposed that Foshan adopt the path of “embedded” promotion from the aspects of child-friendly concepts, policies, talents, technologies, and actions, and finally form a pattern of global system promotion.
