%X 城乡基本养老服务均等化是城乡基本公共服务均等化的重要内容，研究城乡基本养老服务均等化命题有着重要意义。基本养老服务均等化发展是一个循序渐进的过程，我国的城乡基本养老服务均等化建设仍然面临着供给不足、内容不全面、资源分布不均、人才短缺等问题。面对这些问题，文章从统筹城乡基本养老服务发展理念、促进供给主体的多元化、加强人才队伍建设、完善法律法规等层面加快推进城乡基本养老服务均等化。<br />
The equalization of basic elderly care services in urban and rural areas is an important content of the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas, and studying the proposition of equalization of basic elderly care services in urban and rural areas is of great significance. The equalization of basic old-age care services is a gradual process. The equalization of urban and rural basic old-age care services in China still faces problems such as insufficient supply, incomplete content, uneven distribution of resources, and shortage of talents. In the face of these problems, the article accelerates the equalization of urban and rural basic pension services from the aspects of coordinating the development concept of urban and rural basic pension services, promoting the diversification of supply entities, strengthening the construction of talent teams, and improving laws and regulations.
