Research on the Influencing Factors of Young Users’ Self-Presentation in WeChat Status %A 刘亮 %J Journalism and Communications %P 394-402 %@ 2330-4774 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/JC.2023.113061 %X 微信状态是当下青年进行自我呈现的重要平台,研究青年用户使用微信状态进行自我呈现的影响因素,有助于理解青年用户在社交媒体自我呈现行为特点,为社交媒体青年用户管理和维护提供理论和实践参考。本文针对15名典型青年用户进行半结构化访谈,在收集大量访谈资料的基础上,利用质性研究方法——扎根理论对访谈资料进行分析和归纳以提炼因素,并分析因素间的路径关系。本研究最终归纳出5个主范畴,即媒介属性归因、个体特性归因、情感满足归因、互动交往归因、社会价值归因,并以此为依据建构了影响因素与作用路径理论模型。
WeChat status is an important platform for young people to present themselves. Research on the influencing factors of young users’ use of WeChat status for self-presentation will help to understand the characteristics of young users’ self-presentation behavior on social media, and provide theoretical and practical references for the management and maintenance of young social media users. In this paper, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 15 typical young users. On the basis of collecting a large amount of interview data, qualitative research method—grounded theory was used to analyze and summarize the interview data to extract factors and analyze the path relationship between factors. This study finally summarizes five main categories, namely, media attribute attribution, individual attribute attribution, emotional satisfaction attribution, interaction attribution and social value attribution, and constructs a theoretical model of influencing factors and action paths based on them. %K 青年用户,微信状态,自我呈现,扎根理论,影响因素
