%X 维持性血液透析患者的自我管理与其住院、死亡风险密切相关。而目前维持性血液透析患者的自我管理普遍存在较大问题，导致如何提高患者的自我管理水平成为研究热点。大量文献已论证在慢性疾病患者中社会支持对提高患者自我管理水平具有重要意义。因此本综述将以社会支持理论为基础，探讨维持性血液透析患者各种护理模式的研究进展，以期为临床上制定提高患者自我管理水平的个性化干预措施提供思路。<br />
The self-management of maintenance hemodialysis patients is closely related to the risk of hospitalization and death. At present, the self-management of maintenance hemodialysis patients generally has a big problem, so how to improve the self-management level of patients has become a research hotspot. A large number of literatures have demonstrated that social support plays an important role in improving self-management in patients with chronic diseases. Therefore, based on the social support theory, this review will discuss the research progress of various nursing models for maintenance hemodialysis patients, in order to provide ideas for developing personalized intervention measures to improve patients’ self-management level in clinic.
