%X 目的：随着现代伏案工作形式的改变，颈性眩晕的发病趋势呈年轻化。总结近十年相关文献表明，传统中医联合疗法相较于单一疗法，对颈性眩晕治疗更加有效。本文就半夏白术天麻汤联合普通针刺、微针刀、百会压灸、推拿、耳穴压籽等中医疗法对颈源性眩晕患者的临床诊疗进行总结性综述，以期为临床中医治疗颈性眩晕寻求更优的诊疗方案。<br />
With the change of the modern form of desk work, the incidence of cervical vertigo tends to be younger. A summary of the relevant literature in the past ten years shows that traditional Chinese medicine therapy is more effective in the treatment of cervical vertigo than single therapy. In this paper, Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with ordinary acupuncture, micro-acupotomy, Baihui pressure moxibustion, silver needle therapy, massage, auricular point pressure seed and other traditional Chinese medicine treatments for the clinical treatment of cervical vertigo patients was summarized, in order to seek a better treatment plan for clinical traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cervical vertigo.
