%X 目的:对太子参多糖进行辅助降血糖功能试验及评价。方法:以四氧嘧啶诱导制备小鼠高血糖模型,太子参多糖100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg,高、中、低剂量每天一次,灌胃给药30天,必要时可延长至45天,测定小鼠空腹血糖和口服葡萄糖耐量。结果:高血糖动物模型灌胃30天后,太子参多糖的高剂量组的血糖值低于模型组有显著性差异(P < 0.01),中剂量组血糖值低于模型组有统计学差异(P < 0.05);太子参糖耐量实验,高剂量组与模型对照组比较,其血糖曲线下面积降低有显著性差异(P < 0.01);中、低剂量组与模型对照组比较,其血糖曲线下面积降低有统计学差异(P < 0.05)。结论:太子参多糖具有辅助降血糖保健功效。
Objective: To test and evaluate the auxiliary hypoglycemic function of the Pseudostellaria heterophylla polysaccharide. Methods: Mouse hyper-glycemia model was prepared by alloxan induction, these dosages of polysaccharide at 100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg, that were high, medium and low doses. Once a day, given for 30 days, and extended to 45 days if necessary. Fasting blood glucose and oral glucose tolerance were determined. Results: After 30 days in hyperglycemia animal model, the blood glucose value in the high dose of the polysaccharide was lower than the model group (P < 0.01), and medium dose of the polysaccharide was lower than the model group (P < 0.05). In the glucose tolerance experiment, the high dose group was compared with the model control group, the reduced area under the glucose curve down was significantly different (P < 0.01). The reduced area under the glucose curve was statistically different between the medium and low dose groups and the model control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Pseudostellaria heterophylla polysaccharide has the effect of auxiliary hypoglycemic health care.
