%X 该文综述了他汀类药物在降低残余胆固醇中的作用研究进展，介绍了不同种类的他汀类药物对血清残余胆固醇的影响。阿托伐他汀、瑞舒伐他汀、辛伐他汀、匹伐他汀及普伐他汀均可显著降低血清残余胆固醇，但氟伐他汀的疗效尚不明确。他汀类药物与烟酸、依折麦布等非他汀类调脂药物中的一种联合用药，可加强疗效。他汀类药物与鱼油联合使用，同样可以增强疗效。<br />
The research progress of statins in reducing remnant cholesterol was reviewed. The impacts of dif-ferent doses of statins on remnant cholesterol were introduced. Residual cholesterol was signifi-cantly reduced with atorvastatin, rosuvastatin, simvastatin, pitavastatin and pravastatin, but the efficacy of fluvastatin is indeterminate. Statins in combination with non-statin ester regulating drugs such as niacin or ezetimibe enhances efficacy. A combination of statins with fish oil also en-hances the efficacy.
