%X 面对庞大的维持性血液透析患者人口数量、衰弱的高发生率以及衰弱导致的不良预后给家庭和社会带来承重的负担，不得不需要医务人员的高度关注。衰弱具有可逆性，早期识别维持性血液透析病人衰弱的危险因素并及时处理可逆转衰弱程度，减少不良反应的发生，进而提高病人的生活质量。该文对维持性血液透析患者衰弱的评估及运动干预现状进行综述，以期为衰弱的早期识别及运动干预提供参考。<br />
Faced with the large population of maintenance hemodialysis patients, the high incidence of frailty, and the negative prognosis caused by frailty, which brings a heavy burden to families and society, medical staff must pay high attention to it. Weakness is reversible. Early identification of risk factors for frailty in maintenance hemodialysis patients and timely treatment can reverse the degree of frailty, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and thereby improve the patient’s quality of life. This article reviews the evaluation of frailty in maintenance hemodialysis patients and the current status of exercise intervention, in order to provide reference for early identification and exercise intervention of frailty.
