%X 随着恶性肿瘤发病率的升高，放射治疗应用越来越广泛，放射性肠炎发病率也逐年升高。目前，西医保守治疗方案包括营养支持、药物治疗、高压氧治疗、内镜治疗、调节肠道菌群等；中医保守治疗方案包括中药汤剂口服、中药保留灌肠、针灸等。两者均取得良好疗效。综述了近年来中西医保守治疗放射性肠炎的研究进展。对于放射性肠炎的治疗，今后中西医结合治疗将为研究的方向。<br />
With the increase of incidence of malignant tumor, radiotherapy applied more and more widely, ra-dioactive enteritis incidence increased year by year. At present, the western medicine conservative treatment includes nutrition support, drug therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, endoscopic thera-py, regulating intestinal flora, etc. Traditional Chinese medicine conservative treatment includes oral medicinal broth, Chinese medicine retention enema, acupuncture and moxibustion, etc. Both achieve good curative effect. The research progress of western and Chinese medicine conservative treatment radioactive enteritis in recent years was reviewed. For the treatment of radioactive en-teritis, combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment will be the research direc-tion in the future.
