%X 糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy, DPN)主要表现为神经功能障碍，如麻木、疼痛、感觉异常等症状，是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一，发病率极高，且无针对性特殊手段。西医治疗从其病变机制对症处理，存在副作用。穴位贴敷基于经皮给药系统理论，可以避免肝脏首过效应和胃肠灭活，疗法安全、无毒副作用，并且可以根据患者病情辨证处置，配合中西医疗法联合应用，方便灵活，应用广泛。文章从历史渊源、研究机制、临床研究、循证医学研究四个方面对穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变进行阐述。<br />
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is mainly characterized by neurological disorders, such as numbness, pain, sensory abnormalities and other symptoms, which is one of the most common complications of diabetes, with a high incidence and no specific means. Western medicine treat-ment is from its pathological mechanism of symptomatic treatment, there are side effects. Acupoint application is based on the theory of transdermal drug delivery system, which can avoid the first-pass effect of liver and gastrointestinal inactivation, the treatment is safe, non-toxic and side effects, and can be treated according to the patient’s condition, combined with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, convenient and flexible, widely used. This paper ex-pounds the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by acupoint application from four aspects: historical origin, research mechanism, clinical research and evidence-based medicine research.
