%X 2021年7月,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步减轻义务教育阶段学生作业负担和校外培训负担的意见》,至此“双减”政策正式落地。双减政策掷地有声,成果明显,却也引发无数担忧:教师身心负担陡然增加,除了应对正常的教学任务,还要负责课后服务内容;家长担心“双减”后孩子就此学习懈怠而导致学习成绩下滑,激增焦虑;教培机构人心惶惶,有的转型,有的“退场”。面对种种挑战,三方除了各自的解决之策,更应该互相合作,协力破解困境,构建“三位一体”的新教育格局,从而真正确保立德树人,促进学生全面发展的教育根本目的的实现。
In July 2021, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-Campus Training on Students in Compulsory Education, and the “double reduction” policy has thus been officially implemented. It has been effective and the results are obvious but it has also led to numerous problems: teachers’ physical and mental burdens have increased steeply, and in addition to coping with normal teaching tasks, they are also responsible for the content of after-school services; parents are worried about their children slacking off in their studies after the “double reduction”, leading to a decline in academic performance and a surge in anxiety; teaching and training institutions are on tenterhooks, with some transforming and others “retiring”. In the face of all these challenges, the three parties should cooperate with each other to solve the dilemma and build a new “trinity” education pattern, so as to truly ensure the fundamental purpose of education, which is to establish moral education and promote the all-round development of students.
