%X 道德问题对人类社会而言都是至关重要的。布伦塔诺曾于1889年在维也纳法学协会所作过相关主题的演讲，此篇演讲稿涉及了道德的特点、道德的本质、道德是如何在人的意识中产生的、道德包含的内容等等问题。本文选取此篇演讲稿里的一个核心问题进行阐述，该问题是布伦塔诺的描述心理学的一个重要问题，这个问题是道德作为心理活动是如何在人的意识中产生的。本文同时引用胡塞尔的“被给予性”概念对其进行更深层次的阐释，以此更深入地理解道德问题与布伦塔诺的先验认识发生论的思想。<br />
Moral issues are of great importance to human society. In 1889, Brentano gave a lecture at the Vienna Law Society on the subject, which dealt with the characteristics of morality, the nature of morality, how morality arises in human consciousness, and the content of morality. This article takes one of the core issues in this speech, which is an important issue in Brentano’s descriptive psychology, and this issue is how morality as a psychological activity is generated in human consciousness. At the same time, this paper uses Husserl’s concept of “givenness” to further explain it, so as to further understand the moral problem and Brentano’s thought of transcendental epistemology.
